Do any of you use the ebay shops to sell stuff ( be it kicks or whatever ) ?
If you do are they any good - do you get the traffic to your shop etc ?
I have hundreds of CDs and records i wanna stick up on ebay and to list them all as auctions would cost a fortune in fees so thought a shop may be a better way of flogging them.
ny feedback / suggestions etc ?

ask Mr.Shoeshotta, he'll give you some advice.

i don't sell anything on ebay, but on polish allegro.pl .
just make sure you describe everything as possible! if you are selling cds with music, list availabe tracks and lenght, make good photos, tag them, create a nicely looking design (here is mine -
click, use good tags in title (add 'oldschool' in title if it's superstar for example and so). by doing that i can sell everything for higher prices.. i saw for about a month a pair of nike terminator supreme court for 125pln (brand new) and nobody was picking it, so i did, took photos and sold it at double price!

The trouble with shops is that your items dont appear in searches as often as auctions (at the bottom of the search results if there isnt many etc) - so you dont get as much exposure, I guess they're good for rare items or running along side auctions.
For records - I found auctions to be good, especially with the rarer ones. I'd recommend getting the Turbolister software, prepare all your listings - you can duplicate them or create templates in turbo lister -
www.discogs.com is good for copying and pasting record details....then wait until the next cheap listing day and upload them all.

Well i dont have much trouble with normal ebay listing as ive been doing them for 4 odd years lol but im more thinking about the cheapness of the shops in comparison to say 30 days worth of auction listings on some of my more obscure records that not a hell of a lot of people would search for regulaly
