On Ebay? I just won a pair of Run DMC superstars. Now the seller doesn't want to deliver because he wants more money. He think's they didn't end high enough and if he sells them for the $117,50 i bid he looses too much money.

Quadrupling the postage is well out of order.
Having said that the total cost works out to around the original cost on the day of release so you'll still have done allright.
I'd wait until he leaves feedback and then mention his bullshit tactics in yours.
