Just bid on the bloody things if you want them, and don't if you don't. None of this "reserve" bullshit or "I called first dibs", what is this, infants school!
Jeez, as a few people have said, it's an AUCTION.
Screw it, just do what I do. Don't bid, just drop in a max price 10-20 seconds before the acution ends. 98% of the time, I get what I want, and I get it cheaper than if I started bumping the price up early on. (I can almost here you all exclaiming how scandalous this is, but the hell with it, if it's something I want, i'm not gonna let it slip by)

I think that if you want it for yourself, don't bloody tell everyone about it, but if it's not your size, mention it in passing.

Bottom line, I agree with Olstar and the others. I don't think anyones ever gonna be 100% happy, but what can you do eh. Them's are the breaks!

Its a toughie, on one hand i see the points of pure and mr toes..

But then on the other hand if i see something i want, and i have cash, then ill bid on it until it go's out my range or until i win....

But i agree, to save confusion and to make thigns easier.. NO MORE LINKS TO EBAY!
