I'm pissed off about the amount of time it's apparently taking to get some shoes the length of the country, sent from your fair lands to my antipodean paradise, the tracking said they got to New Zealand on 20 June, and I'm still to see them at this end, and they won't have import tax on them cos they aren't expensive ones, so unless the guy was sending me a free spliff tucked neatly under the insole, I don't know where the f@ck they are!

Deftoned I have had many, many issues with NZ post myself have you tried ringing them and asking? If they say they don't know where it is there is a good chance the parcel was under 2 kg's and has therefore been passed on to dx mail who handle all light parcels entering the country and are aparently staffed by monkeys.

I'm pissed off at the bloody delay in opening the new "improved" Adidas UK online store. Supposed to open on the 1st.

Not being able to go out without some sort of drama. Admittedly a lot of it is self inflicted butchrist, it gets tedious.

ooh, I didn't know that, but I think it's just parcels from Britain (and anywhere else with a stupid DX service contract), seems strange that British Post would give the contract to a crappy wee outfit like DX over NZ Post? Just been down to the post office, where they told me to ring NZ Post customer services. NZ Post customer services said that DX Mail would have it, so I rang them and they said they gave it to NZ Post more than two bloody weeks ago. I JUST WANT MY SHOES!!! Someone at DX is supposed to be getting back to me in the next couple of days

I think you're right deftoned and it is just parcels from the UK as I haven't had this problem with parcels from the US. DX are a bunch of retards I have my parcels sent C/O the post office and often rather than shipping the goods direct to the post shop they pass them through NZ couriers. This causes a major fuck up as NZ post shops will not accept parcels from couriers in case there is a delivery fee so the parcel ends up getting passed round and round the three mail services. Don't you love it when international organisations work seemlesly together!! There is a good chance DX will of given your parcel a new NZ tracking number so it may be worth asking them for that. Good luck mate once it took a parcel 2 weeks to get from chch to dunedin for me!!
And DX are notoriously bad at ringing you back!!

NZ Post mentioned that it would have a new tracking number, but I couldn't get it when I rang DX
I'm gonna go postal on their ass soon
It's actually nowhere near the longest I've waited for kicks to arrive - it took MONTHS for my PP's to arrive when Sin'Pl sent them from Poland, but I've had quite a few arrive within a week since, so now I'm just impatient that I've already waited three weeks.

I've had a parcel arrive from the states, before one from Auckland, and I ordered the one from Auckland three days before the US one

worst was i was home and they didn't even f'n ring the bell...... only found out it was delivered by the tracking web site, called and they made it sound like it was my fault. called adidas and they took care of it but were out of stock for what i wanted. was not in agood mood.

That kind of things happened to me before! ive been sat at my table having breakfast, the table is opposite the front door. And i have seen parcel people walk up, write a card and pop it through my door and walk off, without even knocking on it! (Royal mail and stupid parcel force are very good at doing this) And then when you call to rearange delivery you get talked at like its your fault!
Ass hats!
