For some reason End and a few other sites are still showing the sample pics from a few months ago, the actual release are the same as the ones on the colette site.
They now have a leather lining, the white edges to the stripes, etc have been removed and the Kazuki? emblem on the heel has been replaced with the trefoil.
Look better for it in my opinion.

Just checked mine, leather lining and textile upper.
I would say they could be closer to felt than suede.

Jim, you HAVE yours already? WTF? Lor and I won't get ours until this coming weekend....Tors, the info is correct: its no longer the grey felt-like lining, but red leather, and the trefoil on the back...heel tabbies still in place....but the big thing about these is the red color - smashing
Most pics make it look like its a kind of rustic/semi maroon red, but in person, hard to take your eyes off them...and in that wool-like felty material, it really bangs - pushin out the white off the edge of the stripes made a big diff in the look to me...like em better than the blacks, but likely have em both anyhow...

They dropped in the UK last Saturday, I did put a pic in the postie thread.
The reds are sweet but i went for the blacks as I'll get more wear out of them.

Got these babies yesterday after 4 years of search.
Wearing them now and waiting for tonight's Madonna concert.
85000 tickets sold and they are predicting around 15000 others to nearby area to see and hear the show.
I'm going to see/hear it from the boat.

The material is called wool Melton. Used for various purposes in slightly different forms and thickness; blankets, jackets and such. Many countries' Navy forces are still using the 3/4 length dark blue/dark navy "pea coats" made mostly of wool Melton in varying thickness.
Rockin' these today:
