err... no. Just don't buy trainers you're: a) not going to wear and b) don't fit you in the first place.

So do you guys wear the top secrets..... Or do they stay in their box also funny point I've noticed a few folk who have had a cleaout selling trainers with tags still on them, guess they have not been worn. So when does it become appropriate for rules to be applied to some.
And what gives you the right to say someone who could be wearing them could get more enjoyment out of them. It's a fucking farcical.
So where do you post eBay links think I posted a thread about that not long ago which disappeared. Anyway if someone was looking for those trainers on here I probably would have sold them for £20 bucks just like when I sold my t in the park tickets at face value when I could of got £600 + for them but To be honest I really couldn't give a flying fuck now, I don't tend to buy things to make a quick buck I buy them because I like them.

As far as ebay links go, it's best to give a general description, maybe even a picture if you feel like it, then request people to pm you for the link.
That's what I do anyway.

That is some twisted logic right there !

It seems you've had a bee in your bonnet for some time now.
Maybe you don't see it but largely we are of one voice.
Buying trainers to look at is stupid.
Buying trainers that don't fit you to look at is bullshit and selfish.
If people end up selling pairs that they never got round to wearing that's just a symptom of the disease.
I've got 145 pairs and still not popped the tags on a couple or three pairs but when the opportunity arises and I'm going somewhere that it won't rain, won't have drunken cretins or people with weeping canker sores, I'll wear them !
If, before then, my personal situation deteriorates, I may have to sell them.
But frankly, that's unlikely cos I just about made it through the toughest period of skintonicity in my life and they didn't make it on to the bay yet, so all good.
And yeah, some people double up, I did, on the FPs, because I've worn them quite a bit and scuffed them but if you're only gonna wear them once or twice a year then what's the point ? You're never gonna wear them out.
As for tripling up. Fuck me, that's just the work of a straight up arsehole. IMO !

Why not just keep them til you find them in your size and then you can sell the smaller pair to fund the new right size pair?
As for doubleing up I would much rather get myself two different pairs than having two or the same. I know a guy with two pairs of The REPS/corduras in Uk9 and he won't sell to me. Annoying...

Is he on here? SELL them to PS!!!!
I've never considered doubling up on any pairs :S only ones I've thought about was the zx fp's cos I saw them for a bargain.
And I bought a pair of blue pats that were half a size too smal, they are one of my grails but I had to sell them on cos they didn't fit.
what's the point of buying shoes that you will never wear ( especially when they are so ordinary as those)

Hear hear! I agree with all that up there!
That said, I doubled up on the bourdeux vins. The reason...I know that some point in the future, they may well become shredded, and I would never be able to replace them. Now I can, so I can wear my first pair a bit more comfortably now, knowing that the bourdeux magic will live on (and who eles on here doesn't wish they had 2 pairs of them!)
I only wish i'd done the same with my OG CLRs. Oh how I wish for another pair that dont look like they've been worn a million times!

It's like all over the world there's loads of nice polished, gleeming cars (classic and otherwise) sitting in museums never to be driven.
Absolutely criminal.
That's the only reason I'm selling mine, I don't really want to sell her and neither does the wife but I ain't using her so lets sell on to someone else so they can enjoy her.
Edit: Christ it's hard enought to obtain just ONE pair of soops I like, doubling up would drive me bonkers.
fc yes cars are girls

Yeh we don't have wankers like that on here PS. Look if I could afford to double up on a few favs it would be great because I could wear them more liberally, but I wouldn't buy a size I could never wear!!!

Picked these up for £16 on ebay, blue suede with a white shell, a combination people seem to like on here.
