Have phoned twice. 1st person was a cunt 2nd more helpful. I have to phone the collections department on Monday. Also having a solicitor call me monday. And if it dont go well I've already logged a call with the financial ombismon or whatever it's called.
Tbf you could argue that I should have made sure all the loose ends were tied up. But still their actions are very under hand and unfair

Hi PB,
Try ringing up the Nation Debt line as it is against the law to hassle you for a debt that is in dispute. Also Money Saving Expert has loads of threads on this, help advice.
And Consumer Action Group is same as MSE.
send me a PM if you need any advice, been through something similar with a cockup of the highest proportion with my council tax.

After setting up a payment plan and agreeing to pay off the owed council tax at 300 notes a month until next March (and after already paying off £862 in April) my local council now see it fit to fine me a further £930.
Nowt like kicking a guy when he's down.

Man this has been sucky for all
we are all getting fucked...
on a side note - fucking Paypal!!! Had a bullshit seller selling a pair of shoes which i paid 350USD for. Never posted them but said he did and that he stuffed up the postcode and they returned the item to him. Offers me a refund etc which i accept - then states that he cant refund me until his paypal funds are unlocked from another ongoing dispute.
All this is in paypals dispute comments... Clearcut.
So after escalating to a claim and under review by paypal - you think it would be pretty clear cut. But no - going through all the motions.
The fraud seller has clearly stated he would return my money but never has. What needs reviewing>!>!?!?!? give me my fucking money paypal!
