My Galaxy Nexus charger failed. Samsung just sent me a charger for what looks like a portable TV. I am charging my phone by mouse wheel in the meantime.
Twats.

Woi, sorry to hear that e-z. Car tiefs are my pet hate. I unfortunately had a similar experience to you some years ago but was fortunate enough to catch the little fucker in the act. Needless to say, by the time the police turned up he was crying like a bitch and pleading with hem to take him in. He literally dived through the window into their car to get away from me and "The Rod Of Correction"

Paid for 3 t shirts plus shipping 2 weeks ago.. still nothing... dude lives in Brooklyn I'm in South Florida. I could have driven there 4 times and BACK by now and picked the things up myself.
Makes me even crazier because I DJ'd with the guy years ago.. and he "knows" me... lololol.
I love lazy people who pull that whole "oh man I've just been so busy with other things..." CRAP
after day 21 I'm cancelling the payment on PayPal.. that oughta wake someone's ass up!!
GGRRRRR.....

Missing out on a pair of DS 35th DMC's because the seller couldn't change his auction to accept international bidders. Messaged him an offer of £90 which he turned down, wanting more. They eventually went for £56!

I was accepted to do my graduation essay at the firedepartment a month ago, i only had to gain permission from my school counsellor. Now a week before school closes for 1.5 month because of the holidays i`d get the news he doesn`t think the investigation task i had to do doesn`t fit with my study so i can`t go there. Now i have 5 days to find another organisation were i can do my graduation essay. If i can`t find one i cant start my graduation in september what means my study takes me another half year to complete.

Ridiculous that he doesn't inform you earlier about that, he must know that it's almost a mission impossible to find another organisation in five days...

That sucks bigtime Vor, surely he can't drop that on you with only 5 days of school left?!?! On the last day of term you should shit in his desk draw so that when he comes back after 1.5 months he's got a nice new "paperweight" waiting for him.

Sneakersnstuff. If they don't have an idea about what's happening in a sale they shouldn't do a sale. Ordered a pair of Campus and a pair of Superstars. Supes not arrived but the Campus did. Now I'm trying to get the money for the Supes back which I've paid via paypal. Wrote a mail 7 days ago but got no reply. Wrote another one today and opened a case at paypal. Worst customer service ever. Even worse than CT. Never again with these fuckers.

Sad to hear that Fritze! They've always been good to me, though things sometimes go a bit mental when the sales are on... Usually really fast and helpful when contacting them too.

My latest order has also turned into fiasco. It took around a week for them to reply to my mail. Then they said that they found a pair of those Mustangs that I originally ordered and they promised to send them.
Everything looked fine for the next couple of hours. I even got that UPS mail with tracking code.
Then suddenly I got another mail that this shipping has been cancelled. WHAT the hell? Why?
Now I've been waiting for their reply but nothing.
They also said that if I would like to keep those size 7 shoes then I would have to pay 55€ which is like 2€ less than what they cost in their sale. This feels a bit stupid because surely the UPS shipping from Finland back to Sweden costs more than 2€. Well that's not biggie but they asked me to pay that 55€ and asked me to state that this was from Superstars (Teals) or they will send me some hideous Noikes - because they are the only shoes in that size with 55€ price tag on them.
So if you have a product number for every product in your store then why don't you use them?
Edit:
I might know what's going on there. Last time I visited their shop it was like a kindergarten. There were few customers and around ten kids from toddler to around 10yo. Customers changed but those kids stayed there. Not sure if they have actually opened a day care or is this some weird Swedish thing that I'm not informed about. I thought that those kids were kinda cute when I was there but if it leads to this....

That's a bit shitty Fritze, they replied to me pretty quickly and sorted it out.
Maybe they're waiting for Ez to send your supes back
RE: Things that make your blood boil -
ez-1 - 04-07-12
That's actually possible. But until they tell me which of those multiple UPS codes should I use to return a pair of shoes I'm not doing a thing.

So, got a reply. They wanted to refund the money for the Campus instead of the Superstars cos they're System told them that they shipped the Superstars to me. But I told them that I got the Campus not the Superstars. Now I mailed some photos of the Campus and hope that they will accept it.
Aha ... ez-1 you got my shoes? Which size do you got? The UK7? I orderd a UK6.5. Maybe we can make a deal?
