The only result would be your refund I guess. If Trading Standards would do their work, none of the fake sellers would be around there anymore. I think it's still strange that all those fake shops fan exist for years and years.

Just show them the pictures that you took from the shoes and then point them to some website presenting the real ones. Even better if someone here who has them could send you some pictures. That heel clit is just so clear example and also same numbers in both shoes.
Edit:
Claim might take 1-2 weeks (sometimes even more) to get resolved so take it easy. Don't give them any leash and stand your ground. Also only show/tell them facts and you should be good.

Idea....What if I send them back to him, get my refund andf then report him to Trading standards for counterfeit selling....would that get a result?????
We have a template letter for this, confirming fake shoes, PM me your email address and I'll forward it to you.

Wife has confirmed that selling counterfeit goods is criminal offence. She said report him once I have the refund. They will then check every sale he has made. Usually ends in a prison term. Fingers crossed for the wanker........

I assume they'll be wanting the shoes as evidence so he wont be getting them back.

It will be better if he has them in his possession tbh.....still....i have his address so anything they find on the property that is counterfeit will be used....and the fact that he sells as a business makes it even worse for him.....he wont have any receipts etc as they will be fake so he has no argument whatsoever.....

My beloved Toronto FC have just fired their head coach. For those counting, that's 7 head coaches in 6 seasons of existence.

@Lorrie: Wasn't Aron Winter their head coach? Last week I read that they lost their first 9 MLS matches, but that they had won the Canadian Championship or something like that? Didn't even know that the Canadian teams that participate in the MLS also play in the Canadian league.

You are correct. We did go 0-9 in MLS, and won the Canadian Cup, which is a competition between the 3 Canadian MLS teams and a lower league team, Edmonton. Think of it as a poor man's FA Cup.
It's sad things didn't work out with Winter as he seemed like as good a man that can exist in professional sport. Absolute class, 100% of the time.
