Your well covered mate, paypal always take the Buyers side!
Out of the 4 occasions I've received fakes they only asked me to send them back once

Fieldsy,
8UK Got it!
Yeah Lurk Called it bro.. PayPal sides with the buyer all the time. ESPECIALLY on fake merch. You should be good.
Here's what you do:
Step 1 was to file the report w/ PayPal. You did that. Just make sure you have escalated it to a "CLAIM"
Step 2: Send the shoes back. Make sure you send it with delivery confirmation AND SIGNATURE. Make that dude sign his name.
Step 3: Provide that tracking information to PayPal under the claim section so that they can see that you mailed it, and he receives it.
Once PayPal has the tracking numbers, USUALLY what they do is take the money that you paid and put in escrow until he receives the shoes. Keep checking the tracking info and when that FAKE signs for it, call PayPal and be like:
"...The shoes arrived back at the seller. Here's the proof of delivery with signature confirmation. I want to start the process on the refund of my money back immediately please."
Once you get paid, report him to whatever service you need to, AND call Adidas corporate and tell them what happened as well.
Get it on the record that there is a faker out there. I'm almost positive they have a fraud department.
That should get you all sorted.
Hope it works out for you dude.
Best of luck and keep us posted!!

DO NOT SEND THEM BACK! They probably will ask you to send them back but last time that happened to me I just said that seller will re-list them and you will have the same problem in your hands.
Tell them that you want your money back (including postage) and in return you promise to destroy the shoes. After all they are illegal stuff and there is no reason why they should be around in the first place.
Edit:
I have to look up that video I shot when I burned my fake Missys.

He says he needs them back so he can go to his supplier.....Bullshit.....Will send them back and as soon as the refund goes in I'll report him to trading standards aswell as an email to my contact at Adidas with his name and address etc....And to follow that up I will start posting on Asos Marketplae that "BESPOKE TRAINERS OF LIVERPOOL SELL NOTHING BUT FAKES". And then see how his business goes. The Mrs is also gonna speak to someone at work and see about the criminal side of things....Heres hoping the fucker pays.....
@ez1.....Just emailed paypal re relist etc....Will see what happens

Don't send them back! Paypal will refund you whether you return them or not. If you do, then that dickhead will just sell them to someone else. I have been unfortunately have landed fakes 3 times and paypal refunded each time without me returning them.

I would also advise not to speak with the seller anymore. He will probably try to get them back but wait until you hear from paypal. If they refund you without demanding you to send them back then don't.
If that fake seller really didn't know they were fakes, he should have done his homework a little better. It is only one pair, lesson learned. But to be honest I believe he did knew the origin of the shoes and in that case someone should go there go medieval on his ass

Changed dispute to claim.....Said I don't believe they will be destroyed but think he will try to resell.....Lets see what happens now....

Fuck me....Paypal now want proof that they are fake....so I now have to piss about sending them to adidas and then waiting for them to say yes they are fake before I can get my money back....So much for Paypal being on the side of the buyer....
Idea....What if I send them back to him, get my refund andf then report him to Trading standards for counterfeit selling....would that get a result?????
