I think that pumpkin is funny.
Where do you live Tif and is that real snow or have you just gone nuts with the decorations
There's definitely something wrong with Earths central thermo system if you've had some snow already and we up here in the north haven't seen any yet. In fact they just said in the news that this had been very unusually warm October and the start of November will continue as such. We've been way above the average temperature for the whole month.

We're in the New York metro area. I agree, ez. Something's weird. I don't ever remember this much snow this early in the year.

Sorry Tif.
We had a temperature of 17 C the last few days which is a LOT warmer than we normally have at the end of October.

melb weather sucks donkey dick
on another note... ordered 2 pairs of shoes from CT, only one arrived (double boxed but the outside box had 1 small strip of tape over the fold in flap) so I'm guessing the other pair got lost or damaged in transit
sent through 2 emails to customer service with no reply at all
plonkers

so I've sent my 3rd contact to crooked tongues since my order back in September, and am yet to have any contact back...
has anyone ever contacted CT and had a response back? theres no other way to contact them beside the form on their site and its really getting frustrating
RE: Things that make your blood boil -

I had but that's also one of the reasons I'm not dealing with them anymore.

did some googling and found a contact... benf@asos.com
sent him an email regarding the issue and he replied back within minutes saying he'll get customer service onto the issue, so hopefully something gets sorted
the lack of contact info and how poorly packed the shoes that did arrive were (double boxed, but 1 small piece of tape over that push in flap on the box) really put me off dealing with them again

They've always been double pants on the customer service front.

got a result!
customer service emailed me back (care@asos.com if anyone needs to email them in the future) and realised they didnt have the shoes in stock so never posted anything out... they also never refunded me, and are now sorting out a refund.
so they processed the order, found out they didnt have the stock, didnt mention it at all, didnt issue me a refund, and didnt do anything about it until I had to hunt them down... pretty rich, can safely say I wont be ordering from them again
