Somebody needs to start a class action against Ebay for being complicit in that shit.
They'd soon clamp down!

I have reported somebody only once but eBay immediately closed the seller's account.

Found it to be a total waste of time personally...
Reported everything at one time..Added to the fake seller thread daily on ere but its pretty fooking pointless.
Ya right P but i won't hold my breath that will happen

I didn't get the job I had an interview for a week ago. It was a job at the same bank I have been working for 11 years now. I was pretty confident I got it but I'm starting to get the feeling my current boss has got something to do with. If I find out he prevented me getting the job, heads are gonna roll.

He's not French by any chance ??
. . . and sorry you didn't get the job fella . . .

If he was French he would already be dead
If I can proof this shit I'm either gonna start a lawsuit or get the best out of the situation (more salary, company car etc)

got home from a full day of shooting not long ago
start watching a movie... and the 4 month old plasma tv goes blank
looks like its already shit itself, now gonna have to get samsung out to repair/replace it... awesome

Buy a Philps
Samsung looks great but uses a lot of shitty panels from China. You never know what you're gonna get when you buy one. Some models can have more than 5 different panels from different factories from different countries.

imo samsung make the best LCD panels and panasonic make the best Plasma panels.
it sucks that only after 4 months it went out, but you should be 100% covered by the 1 year manufacturer warranty right?

You might be right about Panasonic (allthough I think Pioneer is better) but you are definately wrong about Samsung. I have been looking for a good LED-tv for over a year so....
@Steve: your warranty should cover it but I can imagine it makes your blood boil.

Indeed, Pioneer WAS better. They've been out of the game since early '09, I think. Panasonic's the top dog now, IMO.
Myself, I've had horrible luck with Logitech's Harmony remotes. I am now on my 5th remote. The others just quit.

yeah should be completely covered by warranty... if not, then I'll be doing a lot of verbal abusing lol
