For those of you who care re: my unemployment issues (why do I get the feeling I may be the only member thus far whos on the doll
)...good news..I think: got a message from the hiring manager today...down to me and one other person (where did we here this before? deja vu, but hoping a better outcome)...its reference checking time, so I'll be calling up former managers and colleagues to big me up - just a matter now if the other candidate has more props than me...fcukin BP has shot up today....still stinging from that stupid ticket from yesterday...

Seaford (or anyone else who might know) can you tell me what the laws are on advertising a job. I saw a job online that sounded like it was for a supervisor role my place but its not on the company vacencies board. Am I right in thinking that they need to advertise it internally as well as externally?

Natterjacks is a bunch of criminals. They cancelled my order for a couple of pairs because of so called Credit Card-problems. Without even letting me know. They told me I could order again but their website has changed and I am being charged at least 52 pounds for shipping where it was 9 pounds before. Now they are saying they can't change the shipping because it is calculated automatically.
So Creditcard-problems???? I don't think so, they cancelled my order because they hadn't charged me enough shipping fees.
Is what they did even legal. Isn't an order from a webshop a binding agreement. Can they just cancel it and charge me more???

Its a job I saw online which had the same wording as other jobs advertised that I know are for my place. It would be a new position as the company is expanding. My worry is they have already given the job to someone without giving anyone else a chance, which would suck because she is thick as shit and a complete cow.
Thanks anyway and I put the first post through a spell check which is why your name is seaford sorry.
