Good job Pukka!
My wahoo, is I've not had a drink in two weeks! I wasn't exactly a lush, but my gut was saying no more.

Damn, really.
Just giving you the squits or what?
Pardon me for being personal.
I've had friends in the past who it didn't agree with and they turned to Bitter or Guinness instead.
The only thing about drink that doesn't agree with me, other than 4 or more pints giving me a headache, is the numerous double cheeseburgers I eat when I've had a few!

Squirt free!Â
Too much stomach acid and the drink just makes it worse.Â

Back from 2 weeks in DisneyWorld (Orlando) and what a place that is, you certainly do get a bit "disneyfied", but had a great time.Â
I made these observations:
1) saw a few people wearing supes and none of the recent nasty ones, nice clean colours, one had phat laces but didn't get chance to find out more
2) I can't do rollercoasters any more, Expedition Everest did shit me up. Maybe it's because I've turned 40?
3) The Florida HEAT! That shit is something else 98 degrees average everyday. Don't know how the people who dress up as disney characters cope with that.
4) The number of very, very large Americans. In 10/15 years these lot are fucked. In the parks I saw loads of sharps waste boxes for the diabetic needles. I don't recall seeing those before.
5) Linked to the above - Americans who are using mobo carts to get around as your only disability is being too bloody lazy to walk! One woman parked her cart on the park transfer bus and then "walked" to her seat. She wasn't even obese!
Rant over, I still love going to the USA.

Hey. Â You better watch it FC. Â You're crossing the line buddy. Â Us Americans are sooooooooo proud of our obese citizens and their mobile carts that they drive around town. Â It's such an honor that you noticed all of them.
I'm kidding of course. Â In my little town of 80,000, there are so many of these people that use carts on sidewalks and in the bike lanes that it's becoming a serious hazard to the non-obese. Â They cross streets without looking. Â They take up the entire sidewalk and don't move over to oncoming pedestrians. Â When they are in bike lanes, they don't have any flags or anything to alert you that they are there. Â It's really, really frustrating at times. Â Hey, when it's so much cheaper to eat unhealthy fast food (aka McDonalds, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box) versus healthy restaurants or even cooking at home, I guess that these lazy lots choose the cheaper route and just pack on the pounds. Â America is about doing it big, so why not lead off with our stomachs and midsections and thunder thighs.
Florida heat is pretty bad. Never been, but here it often. 98 degrees plus humidity.  Ick.  Here is a pic that I posted a few weeks ago of the temp outside in the central valley of California when I was heading to football (aka soccer in America) practice at 5:50pm.  Yes, 109 degrees Fahrenheit at 6pm at night. On this day, when I went to bed at 10pm, it was still 85+!!!
Glad that you at least got to see us Americans wearing some decent Supes. Â Personally, I don't wear Supes if I'm heading to place that requires walking and standing all day long. At 45 years old, they really aren't the best for all day activities. Also glad to hear that you like coming to the USA. Thanks for helping stimulate our economy. Â If you ever come to the other coast aka West Coast where Disneyland is located, let me know. You'll get much better temperatures year round and maybe I can head down there. Â It's just a mere 4 hour drive.

I think these kind off people are the reason I don't want to sit in a fully crowded train for two hours... See you in another five years!
