Looks tasty Ace, but as so many other, I would dump the egg.
The biggest burger in Helsinki was called Empire state burger and there was three full burgers piled up and pierced together with huge cocktail stick. Two beef burgers and one chicken. But it was just huge, taste could have been much better.

The burger in the picture is made with a little inspiration from The Roethlis-burger a burger made for Ben Roethlisberger (quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers)

Here is a recipe for a Roethlis-BURGER (but we made our owen...)

-An oblong burger bun (round can also be used)
-250 Grams of beef
-2 Eggs
-A little cream (or milk for the calorie version)
-1 Onion
-Cheddar cheese
-4 Slices bacon
-Butter and Oil

Cut the onion into half rings Knead beef is in the hands of a few minute's time.
Bank it completely flat (5-7 mm) and shape it by Bollen (oblong or round).

Brown a little butter and oil in a frying pan and place the steak on.
It will have 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper at the end.

Fry bacon in a frying pan

Beat 2 eggs into a bowl, pour a little cream in and whisk well.
Getting oil in a hot frying pan fire and pour the egg mass in.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir and came in a bowl when the consistency of scrambled eggs in general are good.

More oil in the pan and the onions came in.
Salt and pepper.
Fry until they are golden and tear a lot of cheddar cheese in.
Approximately equal parts cheese and onions.

Add scrambled eggs at the bottom of the bowl.
Place steak on top.
Onions and cheese on top.
Bacon on top and burgerbollen top.
Serve with ketchup for.

You can buy a Roethlis-BURGER throughout Pittsburgh and the course costs $ 7.
