Back to work today - feeling a bit better.
Things didn't start off well. Yesterday we laid off a super useless producer who reported to me. This morning, I get to work early and she and the office manager are the only other people on my entire floor. She was packing up her stuff.
Awkward!

Diffusion and Pro Direct Select make my blood boil. Both sold me a pair of vins with defects and I'm trying to communicate with them to sort things out but their customer service sucks!!! One is not responding at all (Diffusion), the other replies but fails to give me a good answer every single time. Do NOT buy from these shops.

Not had any problems from Diffusion.. good service all round.

I bought those tan vins from them & they are perfect . I found them to be spot on .

Same here. Replied to my emails pretty fucking quickly too.

Communicating BEFORE buying is one thing but communicating AFTER you have bought something is TOTALLY different. Most shops offer good service because they want you to buy their shit. But once you bought the product and something goes wrong, they let you rot. I claimed a dispute on PayPal for Diffusion.

No problems with them either to be fair to Diffusion.
Hope you get it sorted out though Robert, only time I've had a similar thing was a slightly dimpled shell in a pair from PickYourShoes, to be honest I let it go to save the hassle of international return shipping and now I don't notice it . . .
