Looks like a thread ill fit rite in. Well anyway the jeans i usually wear with ym supes are evisu jeans, and mainly selvedge types, as the selvedge on the jeans compliment the supes, and vice versa

I have had a few pairs of henleys recently, look nice, nice style etc but piss poor in terms of build quality, two pairs are falling to bits, i have'nt even had them that long! needles to say, never again

I know what you mean cracky, i mean i can proudly say i have tried alot of denim whicih are made by different brands, but nothing can beat selvedge denim, which i think is the best of the lot. I mean i also have 2 pairs of henleys, they have faded alot since i got them, and i dont really wash my jeans in the washing machine, i just get them dry cleaned when they get sweaty. I got my henleys jeans around 5 months ago for £65.00. I also bought a pair of evisu jeans no.1 special edition and they are practically still brand new, even though i can say i have worn them alot more times, not even a fade in site. I payed 1£170, so it just goes to show that in some cases, the price of a product does reflect to the quality of it.

I personally could'nt pay £170 quid for 1 pair of jeans, and as i get older even £60 i look at and stuggle to pay, give it a couple of years i will be kicking about in asda's own brand or tesco's at a push!

Well, as you get older you get more mature, and spending 170 on a pair of jeans does seem quite silly, but i look at it in the long term, because i know that, one pair of expensive denim will last me 7 times longer than low quality denim which costs around £30. So by the time you have wore them out, you would need to have bought around 8 pairs to match the life spans of the expensive jeans. So in the long run in this examply, 8 x £30 = £240

Aye lad but reach your mid thirties and one pair of jeans may only last me a month due to my ever expanding waistline, £170 for a month, nah, fuck that!

lol i kind of understand you, but while your young its all you wanna do, spend money, and as you get older and look back you will regret it at times, but what would your younger days be without the crazy things you did.
And honestly, in a year i will get around 20 pairs of jeans, because i love them. I will recieve them as present and buy them myself.
And yes, i do have a mega sized collection of jeans, and most of mine get robbed by my cuzzin, as he wears them too, at the moment i can say that i have around 55 pairs of jeans, all ranging in different brands and sizes. All of the money which i recieve from my business mostly goes into buying jeans. When my cam starts working, i will post pics.

You're kidding right? The quality of Evisu is absolute fuckin gash! Well styled they may be, well built they sure as shit aint. Pretty much every pair I've owned over the last 10 years, which is a fair few, has let me down quality-wise: buttons come off, seams not finished off properly, stitching unpicking, rivets dropping off etc etc.
Great looking jeans but to believe they're well made is frankly idiotic in my opinion.

Don't think I've ever spent more than £35 on a pair of jeans, got 4 pairs to my name, they're all fine, no holes, the most recent pair was bought nearly 2 years ago, all either Oakley or Quiksilver.

Hmm, what kinda evisu you been wearing? They must be fakes, because when people talk about denim, the word evisu is always round the corner, it also depends upon how you wear them, and what you wear them for, because if you know evisu and have been wearing them for 10 years you will know that there are different types of of denim evisu do, some more delicate than others, and no.1 being the best quality denim of all. Totally indestructible.

I'm all about having fun well your young but come on that much money on Jeans is a bit mad
... I'm with pure on owning a pair that lasts longer then a few months ...
