reselers are annoying, but then, if people are happy to pay them for taking the piss then they will continue to do it, so ya gotta be a bit annoyed with the people that are paying well over the odd's for new releases, phuckin rich wankers, lol..
but then on the other hand, if it wasnt for resellers you wouldnt be able to pick up dead stock beauties that you missed first time round.
the more I see of the Asics the more I like em... but must resist. too many nice Adidas out there to be looking at different brands

Slamjams Niko? I've been trying to score a pair, not for myself (I find them horrendous) but rather to work on a trade for a pair of FP Vins in my size. Seems like a lost cause though.

So, midday in Europe.
They sold them to someone who came in the shop then.
Must've been a big enough queue.

I wear a pair of stupid formal hard soled shoes to a mates wedding for one night (saturday) and I pay for it for the next week
the whole lower part of my legs are killing me and the bottom of my feet are blistered and cut to shreds, feels like I've run a marathon on a road covered in broken glass

Damned to hell French Coliposte carrier!
Had a day off today and was expecting to receive a pair of nice OG Pro Model 1's but never did. The boiling part about the situation is the tracking info on the Coliposte site says "Your parcel was delivered".
To whom? Not to me nor any of my neighbours. Didn't even see anyone around the place all day with a package of that size.
They must be a wicked pair of invisible PMs if I have managed to recieve them without knowing it myself. Just great. I believe the carrier was just too lazy to even come around and snatched them him/herself.

Paying 150 notes for a supposed "new" phone that had obviously been used for over a month!
Grounds for a refund/dispute? It was advertised as new.

A quality pair that I had found badly listed conveniently going missing in the post. I've been refunded after 3 weeks making payment but obvious he has done me over by not sending them.
Ignored messages and I stated on winning them please invoice me for recorded delivery even though it was already £6.00 postage which I knew would be enough

Sucks when parcels go missing, I don't know why carriers do it though, would be more in their interest in the long run to actually deliver the damn parcels! I know a few people who worked for couriers, and they would have got their balls handed to them if anything went missing!
And Fc, I think you are well within your right to start a claim, you have been miss sold an item. If they say it was new and then no where in the listing say that the phone is used then I'd go for it.

Yep definitely a claim to be made fc, the only time I have lost a claim is when slightly used tuned out to be FUBAR, they just said used is used no matter what the condition

Filed a dispute with ebay and they offered me a 10% refund!
I think ebay is part at fault here, as you can list with three catagories:
1.) New = Brand spanking new
2.) New Other = not sure how this is defined (Phone was listed in this cat)
3.) Used.
Now I know the phone was used for at least 3/4 weeks before listed on ebay so my argument was that this is classed as 'used' and not 'new other'. The seller disagreed. Gonna check how much warranty is on the phone.
We live and learn.

I'd take "New Other" to mean it's unused, but doesn't come in it's original packaging or something like that. A display model if you will.
I'd demand a full refund and send it back to the fucker.

10% refund is a joke! New other means the phone should be new and unused, but might not have all the accessories or the box...
