Far too subtle P, he'll never get it
Re the old ring of death, if you've still got your recepit then just take it back to the shop. That's what i did with mine (bought from game) and they just swapped it right there and then no probs

Yeah, they just took the old one off me and gave me a new one no probs! Take your HD off first obviously.
I'm guessing they just send em off to microsoft and get the cash for em so they aren't arsed really, got to have your receipt though dude

Fedex....is extremely slow first of all...takes over a week to deliver a package. They were late to begin with, originally saying I would have it Friday. Waited around today for it, never got a knock on the door. I check the system at around 6 p.m., and it says the package is delivered. Check the front door, no damn package.
Been placed on hold now several times, having to repeat the tracking number over and over, with 4 different reps. None of them know what is going on, apparently I need to "trace" it to file a claim, but whenever they try to trace it their computer system crashes.
Fedex was my favorite parcel service, but damn this is terrible...every time I talk to someone new also they ask "are you sure that they didn't deliver to the front office of where you live?" Yep, pretty sure, seeing sense how there is no front office....
I'm just glad these shoes aren't a pair of Tates or something

Yeah, that's pretty annoying!
Have a massively busy week at work and two of the six studio designers I employ called in sick today. And then one of remaining four who showed up had to take a two and a half hour break to go to the doctor with his wife.
And then we had to scrap a good portion of the work we've been doing over the last few weeks because the prospective client doesn't like the name we've used on the creative...

Recruitment agencies wasting my time, calling up about a job after seeing my cv on monster or cv library, spending ages bigging up the job to me and then turning round and saying that you need a driving licence for the job! If they bothered to read my bloody profile they would know i dont drive! and then just hanging up on me when i say i dont have a licence! aaarggghhhh! time wasters!!!

All you had to do was shoot a PM to me and I would've taken care of it.
You have access to the bat phone, yet you choose not to use it?

Fucking Parcelforce Cunts!!!
Last Thursday I finally took the plunge and snapped up the RHCP's on Crooked Tongues. They were dispatched the same day, and had a tracking number which showed they were out for delivery on Friday, which I thought was pretty good.
Usually when I'm out they deliver them to the post office just down the road, so when I checked online at 4.30, I was a little shocked to see I had signed for them. I phoned to shout at someone, only to be told by some dizzy bint they'll have to wait until Monday to interview the driver. When I eventually got home a few hours later, I had a card through the letter box saying it had been left at my front door, but there was fuck all there. I live in a block of flats, with nowhere to really hide anything.
After much shouting and empty apologies from said cunts, they said I had to contact Crooked Tongues to arrange cash back, as it looks like they've been nicked. They can then claim it from Parcelforce. That was on Monday, and I've still not heard anything back. Parcelforce say they'll investigate the theft but I'm not expecting to get them back.
So, I'm down £92, don't have any RHCP's, and I can't get the CT people to respond. Not the best week I've ever had!
