Sneakerphile..... best thing to do is measure what ur roof is made of and see what gap you have...as building regs have really changed alot over the years. Once you know how deep ur insulation can be check out some insulation websites like sheffieldinsulation.co.uk ( just google it if its wrong ), they have so many different types and also it comes premounted on boards depending on sizes etc.. they are a good place to get ur head round it all.

It looks like a Bond baddy's lair! Wouldn't get me anywhere near those see-through walkways next to the shelves. Fuck that!

Some great storage solutions Whisky-Ace yours is like an adidas art exhibition, very nice indeed. My collection aint that big had to stop buying supes before i even started just bought a house so there goes the trainer funds however on a brighter note my plan is to do something with the loft, or spare bedroom / man-room an adidas homage.

It took me a while to realise that it was books and not just a brick wall. Amazing

Amazing pic indeed and would look even more amazing with supes filling the shelves.
I don't think it would be too handy with books tho, if you want to find a nice book and then a spot nearby to read the book....
For those who asked where the library is: That isn't an existing structure. The library itself does exist but the surroundings in the pic don't except in the digital world. It's a French 3D rendering created for an international architecture competition for Stockholm Public Library in '09. More info
here.
