I'm with Lorrie on this one and you shouldn't be able to sell things until 150 posts, I think your gender has probably stopped a few other members posting their true feelings.

I'd don't know what this place was like 5 years ago when you last contributed but we don't look to make money from each other, I'm very skeptical of your "good intentions" trying to sell some rare superstar pendant on a forum frequented by superstar obsessed nutters asking for offers knowing full well you'll probably get much more for it here than chancing one of us spotting it on the bay. If you're not out to make money from it as you say then you should have put a price on it, you know full well what it was worth on release http://www.superstardb.com/adidas-necklace-t-3024.html plus there is this magical thing called google were I managed to find a price with the first hit.

I would suggest you post a price or just put it on the bay now you've drummed up interest.

You're right, i did see them on harputs 5 years ago, sorry that i havent got a photographic memory but i couldnt remember the price.

Didnt want to argue. Had enough of this shit so forget its even for sale, and for the record, i was actually just pm'ing with pokey on what he thinks is a decent price to sell it for. I would hardly do that if i was out to rip you off.

All seems a bit harsh to me, and I hope you don't try turning on a brother cos I haven't been around for a while.

I get the whole low number of posts and coming straight in with a sale thing... good enough reason to be pee'd off with someone, but the price thing...c'mon, lets be real about the way it works.
I've bought quite a few items through here (thankyou sellers), and quite a few times i've been asked to pm with an offer so there's nothing unusual about that. I've been turned down on offers as someone else has offered more, or the seller wanted more, so sometimes there is an element of bidding war or a reserve price on here. There's nothing wrong with that! I've also been turned down even though I knew that the amount I offered was a fair bit more than the price that the seller had picked them up for. Some members do/have/will make a profit from what they sell on here. I have no problem with those who do, and I big up those who don't. This isn't the first time someone has asked us to make an offer, it happens on here people.
