If you're gonna put your company's details on the bonnet, do them in perspective and backwards then they'll be very readable to people in their rear view mirrors.

How do you think they would feel about me drawing all over their shoes and re-selling them

I dont know the ins and outs but i guess theres always been customisers and doing something to own property is your call, but claiming a link between 2 companies together when they arent, sends mixed messages to the public/consumer, so could be an issue. Hence the Harrods example, they claim someone could think the cafe is part of Harrods because of the font. I'm not knocking the idea (its fuckin rocks) but just a pointer.

I love those VWs, my friend has the same and has customised/refurbed the whole thing including replacing the wooden slats in the rear and putting a mountain rescue kit in a chest (in Aylesbury?) at the back. She went for two tone green and yellow and matching seats. Could you just go for your favourite superstar colourway, that way only those that know, will know. Imo keep it simple and authentic VW parts, mate they are beauties. Impressed.

what if you did small taste full 3 stripes on the B pillars and then get a custom tail gate with your company name in the Adidas logo font with trefoil bookends.
awesome ride btw

Gloss black logos on a matt finish is stealth as fuck but not really what you want if you want it look like a proper commercial vehicle (although a single subtle gloss black trefoil on the filler cap would be sweet)
Have a quick look on whatthefont.com Oli, there's 1000's of commercial typefaces on there. You can play around typing in your own text to see what it would look like and knock up the basic text for a company logo quicktime. I have no suitable software at the mo otherwise I'd so something for you. Are you in a hurry?
