Sorry for bringing up this old thread but I finally managed to get some Berlin's. These ones are even more discolored than the ones I found before. I was wondering if the shoepolish you guys use doen't leave you with a greasy shoe??? I mean, the shoepolish is for leather, I think the polish just stays on the rubber rather than absorbing it.

Sorry for bringing up this ols topic (Again
).
I managed to give my Berlins a clean look with some transparent shoepolish. But right after I start wearing them the soles slowly turn white again.
Then I used some polish which is supposed to give discolored plastic parts on a car a fresh look. But after wearing the shoes they turn white again.
Does anybody know a product which gives the soles a fresh look and lasts longer than a few hours?

I have the same prob with my Berlins and IBs. I tried this on my IB's the other day.
Sprayed on the draining board of the sink and then used a toothbrush to apply to the midsole and shell. Looks ok days later

I had the same problem with my Chili Peppers. I used liquid tyre wax. It was a bit on the greasy side at first, but took a dry towel and wiped them down. After resting out of the box for a day, they're fine.
