Got a new exhaust on my GT. Custom made in Belgium. It's still way too loud so I have to return to Belgium for another silencer but I think it looks fuckin' hot.

Nice Rob. How are you finding the GT compared to the 147? Is there a lot less space for kids and shopping etc?

The GT is great. It's a lot lower than the 147 and has less space in the back but you can easily put two kids in the back. The boot is big though so enough space for shopping. But that's not why I bought it. I bought it for driving pleasure, nothing more

def looks hotter with the dual exhaust!
my new car had that excessively long roof antenna too, but I replaced it with a lil midget one, looks 100x better (and I dont hit my garage door with the antenna anymore)

Badass, Rob. Looks like the thing was practically designed for aftermarket exhaust mods. Did you have to get an all new piece on the back there or did the small bit on the right just come off easy?

Looks Nice Rob but like the others said...WE NEAR TO HEAR IT :d

I'll make a soundclip for you guys
but like I said I will have to change the silencer. On the outside it sounds okay (allthough it still makes people turn their heads) but on the inside it's way too loud. It's a very low sound when accelerating. My daughter, who used to love driving in the GT, prefers not to take the GT now and take the family car instead
@Tifoso: the right bit came off without a problem but behind it was no room for the second exhaust. The towing-hook (if that's even a word) was located there so it had to be cut off. Alfa must have designed the rear bumper for a dual exhaust but when their designing was ready they thought "he, where to put the towing-hook". Ah fuck it, we'll skip the dual exhaust and put the towing hook on the right. That's how Italians think and work. Design comes first, then the technical stuff

is there a reason you went dual, apart from aesthetics?
interesting to hear this note... what about when ya hammer it? i want to hear full rev range

No reason, just looks. should give a few extra HP but that's hardly noticable. I don't quite understand your second scentence.

I'm the contrarian - I prefer the look of the stock exhaust. But I also prefer single exhaust on every other car, too.
