Result.
See, I find the opposite Pokey, sure, if things go up on the scales I get down, but it spurs me to do better that day and eat less later on in the day.
My moobs have definitely gone down and I'm currently doing 100 press ups every morning.
Just in case you lot didn't know !
Get on it Woodski !

The reason i said about not weighing yourself daily m8 is problems can occur from being transfixed by your actual weight not on your bodyshape.More really with females but also it does happen wit males leading to problems regarding weight issues body dismorthea, anorexia etc etc.
100 pressups a day <claps> just remember muscle memory pure and you'll continue to get results (change ya hand stance to work different parts of your chest)

Things that make your blood boil...
And a
REQUEST FOR GUIDANCE
I won a pair of Underworld Tomatos on ebay on October 16th from the UK.
I paid the seller immediately, and waited... waited waited... It's been nearly a month and I still have not yet recieved the shoes.
I contacted the seller at a little over 2 weeks to inquire if they had shipped, he said he shipped them the day after I paid, he has no tracking ID to reference but be patient.
As an FYI, I contacted him at 3 weeks and let him know I hadn't recieved them, and I just got back from Toronto last night, no shoes... I sent him another message that I haven't recieved them.
I've been lucky that in all my years on eBay, I've never been burned. Sometimes things have been a bit late but I always got the items as promised.
What should I do? Be a bit more patient? File a dispute? I'm not sure how to proceed because this is all new to me.
I'm so bummed, I've been after Underworlds for so long, I thought I was finally good.

File a dispute mate, nearly 4 weeks is taking the piss. Doing that might also make him pull the finger out and reply to your message. It seems odd he hasn't sent them recorded, did you get them for a decent price? I bought a pair for a good price, waited, waited, filed a dispute that the seller didn't respond to and got my money back. About a week later the cunt was back on with a different username trying to re-sell the same pair. Obviously wasn't happy for the price I got them for.
I have seen Sk8 and Frank (I think) saying they've been waiting a while too, but can't do any harm to file a dispute for now, you can always cancel it if they do turn up.
Good luck mate

Just file a dispute. Unfortunately they can take upto 28 days to resolve but you should get your cash back. If they do turn up you can cancel the dispute (but it sounds unlikely at this point)

Hi!
Jk, your right.
I'm still waiting...I've bought some RHCP's on ebay.co.uk. I've paid a few days later, on October 31th. And I'm still waiting. He is a serious ebayer but he didn't answer my emails!
Some other guys bought at the same time and they get their packages this week, so I hope my shoes will arrive...

Nothing seems to work for me - I can bench press a decent weight (not quite my own body weight yet though) and always hit the pectoral fly machine at the gym (4 sets of 10 reps at about 50kg) but my chest just aint having it, still a flabby bastard!
Maybe press ups are the answer then eh? 100 a day mr p that's impressive mate

I hear you woody.
I'm down about 50lbs from my high and feeling pretty good about myself, but I just went through my holiday photos and none in which i'm featured are fit for public consumption. still a fat bastard, I am.
RE: Things that make your blood boil -

drop ya reps and sets woody maximum 3 sets of 8-10 and up the weight.60sec break between sets. You should be pushing a weight that leaves u unable to do anymore than 3 sets.
(you should get to the last rep and not be able to do anymore so add enough weight for this effect)
Ofcourse if your wanting to burn excess weight then stay as you are but up the reps to 12 to 15.

You need to get rid of the fat first Woody and the only way to do that is hard fucking graft in the cardio department and watching what and how late you put food in your piehole !

The arsehole I bought a game off on Ebay !
3 days before the release date, I pre-ordered Gears of War 2, the listing stated expected dispatch would be the 5th - 7th of November, the 7th being the release date.
Game didn't turn up on the 7th, no problem, I was at work.
Didn't turn up Saturday the 8th so I went a bought another copy from Woolies.
One week later, I've completed the game and still haven't received the copy I bought on Ebay.
Fuckin' useless !

There's 2 ways woody can do it!!he can train the (hypertrophy way) low reps higher weight as i mentioned or as pure rightly said go down the cardio road and burn off them calories.
Instead of me rattling on ill suggest a book for ya woody (might be 1 on ebay) but deffo can be ordered from a good book shop.
its called "body for life" by bill phillips and michael d'orso!! its a very intense 12wk program that gets results and a bloody good book
