Yeah, they're pretty close.
Might do the job.

I'll dig out my Luxes tomorrow but I'm not so sure it's the right shade for these.

Got these in the mail, but they're a bit too large- I wear US 9, and the site only had 9.5, so I was trying to be optimistic they would run small (like my 35th anniv.), but no luck. Hate to layer socks, so now I'm trying to figure out if I even want to keep them. Sucks.

Thanks, but I was also looking forward to wearing these, and now I'd hate to see them sitting around not going to good use. Worst thing for Supes- to sit around unworn!

Actually, you might have a hard time. The Caviars were released in UK sizes so you might struggle to find a US9.
I ended up buying them in a UK12 - yes, they're roomy, but not unwearable.

They look good and I'm pretty sure that someone will buy them from you with a decent price.
I picked these up from post office:
Thanks Cluskey

I wear a UK 8.5 (small, I know...blame my parents), which I haven't had too much difficulty finding in the past, but I know the Caviars aren't easy to come by. I think I'd be happier if some one else got to enjoy them (too bad my friends aren't much the Supes fans), but worst case scenario, they'd be "roomy but not unwearable" as you put it.

I think what I meant was UK half sizes might not exist, so you'd be stuck with either a UK8 or a UK9. At least that was my experience when they dropped - I had the choice of a UK11 or a UK12 and what I needed was a UK11.5

They look fake to me. Look at the space between both them stripes. That cant be right.
The caviars not the reds.

The space between stripes is huge on Caviars but they have been faked so fuck knows.
