i could be wrong, but that direct link to atmos kinda gives the impression that if you got them on that, then they are in the bag... any remaining stock will then be dished out lottery styles through rakuten.. i could just be coming up with theories basd on nuffin, but reading between the lines...(lines written in a different language, and then run through google..lol)

Orders from rakuten get forwarded to 'info_raku@atmos-tokyo.com', that's how they get the order probably. Don't think they take offers on their own site 'more seriously'. We'll see!
