" A delivery was attempted for your item with reference R***********B in GERMANY before 15:41 on 05/08/09.
A card may have been left, depending on the country's postal service.
If undelivered, it will be returned to the UK "

I'm not one to normally post in here but people who bid on Supes on ebay and then send crappy messages to say that they are skint and can you remove their bid, then the next person dropping their bid because they claim they have "bought another pair of trainers"... another pair of trainers!!! You were bidding on Underworlds you twat not just a pair of trainers.... pricks.

Wondered why the price had dropped down - gutted for you Andy. Looking to sell my own pair but from everything I've heard about selling on ebay lately it just ain't worth the hassle.

Sent my iPhone 3G away for repair at the begining of the week cos I had a few software issues (kept crashing and turning off, freezing and the alcelerometer wasn't working properly etc...). Haven't heard anything all week so went into the store to see whats goin' on... apparently they claim they were trying to call me all day, cos theres a quote for £139 for a replacement iPhone on my account as the phone was split down one side! The phone was in mint condition when it was sent away, nearly new looking, certainly no physical damage!! Bastards!
Still upshot is that I managed to get o2 to accept responsibility and they are covering my insurance to replace the phone. So I called the insurance company, who rather unfortunatley didn't have anymore 3G's in stock and wouldn't be getting anymore in... So I get a shiney new iPhone 3G S instead

Good stuff, Sam.
My work iphone seems to be on indefinite hold because of some stupid reason that doesn't make any sense but the person in charge of these things is willing to believe anything the phone company tells them instead of saying, 'hold on, what you're telling me makes no fucking sense and since we spend $100k a year with your company you should probably sort this out ASAP'

I've never found sony products to be that bad but their customer service is absolute crap I had a problem with my laptop a few months after i brought it but they wouldn't look at it as it was american WTF??? the email support was just as bad, after not reading my emails properly for 3 weeks they finally admitted they had no idea what the problem was, why not just say that in the first place
then the bastards charged me for a replacement PS2 adaptor when they knew there was a fault with them
