I'm heading to Spain for two weeks in June.
Was wondering if there was any SSDB members that live there.

Family is doing a two week bus tour across/through the country. Departing from Madrid and ending up in Barcelona.  Too bad that it's during the off season of La Liga, but still hoping to do tours of the world famous football stadiums (among other things of course).

is there still many people on here that are a UK8? im gonna have a clear out of some of the pairs I doubled up on and some that i never wear, couple superstar skates. just thought id check on here before posting on the bay but don't remember many people that are that size.

Not worn these and in the process of buying my first home so they can go. Anyone want them for £100 including shipping (in the U.K.)?

Some of you know I have been training with a bespoke shoemaker. I'm now making bespoke trainers at home when the kids are at school. My first were from my own measures - making a last of my foot shape + (running shoe) style. I am working on a few adi silhouettes too. This supe was to test the pattern for a shoe for an SSDB member. Hope you like.

introductions.. vince, 52, middle England. worn Adidas (and Levi) since i could afford to buy for myself. gazelle and the like for many years then last year a bost toe led me to stick on an old pair of superstars. a year on and a few grand down and im introducing myself like im at a AA meeting.
 nice to be here.

Time to trim some fat to make space for some future purchases (maybe one day adidas will get their shit together and actually come up with a proper Superstar model).

Hi Guys..

OK, this place hasn't had much love from me recently, ive been hella busy at work, busy at home with 2 kids, being sued by a multi millionaire businessman bla bla.... the usual stuff

So, it's time for a large overhaul - mainly focusing on the mobile/tablet aspects of the site and the general usability. The software aint changing, just the look and feel of it.

Ive found a great, fully responsive (mobile friendly) theme that i'm just gonna drop on, stick a logo on and leave. Im not going to modify it as then when updates are released we can drop them straight on without a hitch.

If anyone has any requests for new forum features then please post in here.

I hope to do then upgrades tonight, so apologies if there are any disruptions.
