A little bit about me

I grew up in the early/mid eighties and remember falling in love when I saw RUN DMC rocking the Superstars. I didn't have the money back then to start a collection and my parents weren't going to flip the bill so I could cop them. Went through a small Nike phase later in high school when I started working part time and into college. Fast forward about 25 years later and the Superstar popped back up on my radar reading online sneaker magazines and forums. Decided to start collecting that shoe I fell in love with all those years ago.

Here is my current Superstars collection and Pro Models + RUN DMC

Used to rock these all throughout middle school. Almost 20 years later and I find myself with three pairs. Went looking for new shoes at the mall and can't believe how weird the styles are these days. Ended up cleaning up my shells instead

Now to decide on flipping the laces on a pair of all whites

Hi everywon, my name is Miloš,I am from Pirot - little town in sotuh Serbia, I am loved in adidas superstar a long time ago....
i am 30 yaears old and I finish colleage here (Biology actually) and because my contry is shit I dont have regular job here right now,and because of that i become a superstar reseller here in Serbia.Iam somethimes work like a Dj,I am playing drum & Bass music,but that is more like a hoby not regular work.
I was order and reseled 7 pairs until now ,every buyer was very satisfajd,and because of that i want to improve that bisnis more,and I am here to explore so mutch diferent models,and spot the difference between original and fake "ADIDAS SUPERSTAR".
Here in Serbia some people love that shoes,but it is a lot of little people,I want to show them and prove them that adidas superstar shoes is best snickers ever....

I'm Adam, I'm a 31 year old (!) Piano teacher from Southport, UK.
I'm made up to have found this forum, through a couple of people mentioning it on the 'Adidas Superstar Fans' Facebook group.

I've had two favourite shoes - supes and AM1s for as long as I can remember, but with regret, the AM1 make up the vast majority of my collection .... One of the reasons I've been collecting and buying more supes recently is that I'm not afraid to actually wear them, and they tend to not 'degrade' or 'disintegrate' like my am1s!

I have a big wish list of supes I'm after, and look forward to learning more here!

Particularly interested in superstar or sneaker events/meets etc. up my way (most things int he UK are London based).

Although I do not have a collection, I´ll post my pictures in here, see it as the beginning of a collection

The shoe´s called “Superstar 1 Beckenbauer Pack”.

I saw it first in a catalogue from a big german mailorder, but they only had it in green and black.

I didn´t want those colors, soI looked it up online, and I found out that they also come in grey, but all online shops only had black and green….

Finally I found them at office London, and after lots of trouble with wrong sizes and double deliveries I now have them, and I absolutely love the material.

Now I am looking for a pair made out of canvas with leather stripes, but I think, they´re hard to find….
